Our holiday home with official tourism license (ET / 3009) is located in the charming urbanization Puig de Ros, only 20 minutes by car from the island's capital and 10 minutes from Palma airport.

The house is very bright and offers space for up to 6 people on 2 levels, divided into 110m2 of living space. It has a private garden with a pool. It is fully furnished and the 4.5 rooms are luxurious and functional.With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, the living-dining area and a modern kitchen, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor is available for a trip to the Mallorcan cuisine at any time during your stay. The small dining area in the kitchen, the dining area integrated into the living room or the spacious, covered garden terrace provide the perfect setting for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. A modern HD TV and a spacious leather sofa await you in the living room, on which you can put your feet up for a moment.The open living and dining room with a view of the garden and the pool also invites you to spend a lively evening with your family and friends. Our guests will find the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. A bathroom is integrated in the master bedroom, the other two rooms have a separate bathroom.

You can also find restaurants, bakery, kiosk, doctors and other services in Puig de Ros. Many public parks, children's playgrounds and the extensive nature are ideal for family walks.
