Our vacation home Cozi is located in the charming urbanization Puig de Ros, only 20 minutes by car from the island capital or 10 minutes from Palma airport.
The beautiful golf course Golf Maioris is even directly in front of the front door - other golf courses for golf vacations in the immediate vicinity. Cycling vacations are also easily possible with a stay in our vacation home in Mallorca. One of the countless bike routes of the Balearic island leads directly past Puig de Ros. The rocky coast of Puig de Ros is not only ideal for swimming, diving or snorkeling - also the beautiful Sea Club Mhares invites you to linger comfortably by the sea.

The house is very bright and can accommodate up to 6 people on 2 levels, divided into 100m2 of living space. It has a private garden with pool. It is fully furnished and luxurious and functional equipment awaits you in the 4.5 rooms. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, the living-dining area and a modern kitchen, the house is the ideal place for relaxing vacations in Mallorca.
Literally on your doorstep you will find a supermarket, pharmacy and the stop for the express bus to Palma. You will also find restaurants, bakery, kiosk, doctors and other services in Puig de Ros. Many public parks, children's playgrounds and the extensive nature invite you to family walks.
